Crown Pearl Goals – 2024-25

Striving for the Highest Means Progress – Not Perfection

For the second year of our biennium, we want to provide our Chapters SMART/SMARTIE goals to help us grow collectively as an organization. 

As part of this, we want to recognize Chapters as “Crown Pearl Chapters” that complete 10 of the 15 goals from the following categories!

Chapter Crown Pearl Goals

CHOPs Goals

  1. Turn in your Chapter Personnel Report, with all dues, on time!
  2. Submit your Chapter’s Road to Wisdom Calendar 
  3. Turn in Initiate Reporting Form, with dues, on-time
  4. Turn in your Spring Activity Report on-time!
  5. Invite your district leadership team to a Chapter meeting

Strive for Five Goals

  1. Highlight a service project your Chapter does!
  2. Participate in the Month of Musicianship
  3. Attend Founders Circle programing
  4. Send Brothers to your 2025 District Convention
  5. Submit your Graduating Senior Report!

Growth Goals

  1. Meet monthly with your DOB/Sponsor
  2. Initiate at least 5 members!
  3. Fundraise 5% more!
  4. Host a band social!
  5. Intentionally interact with a Chapter outside your own

District Crown Pearl Goals

Goals for Districts is to Support Their Chapters. How your District Accomplishes these goals, and who does, is up to your Leadership Team.

Chapter Engagement Goals

  1. Have >80% of your District Chapters submit their CPR early, or on time, with dues paid
  2. Ensure 80% of SARs are submitted early or on time.
  3. Ensure 80% of Initiate Registration forms are turned in, with dues, early or on time.
  4. Ensure >80% of your Chapters submit curriculum calendars
  5. Have a regional engagement plan by September 1st 
  6. Create a Chapter Communication Plan by September 15, 2024
  7. Have a Joint engagement plan by September 30th
  8. Host at least two recruitment check-ins with every Chapter in your District
  9. Host at least one District Event aside from District Convention
  10. All District Events have a 30-15-10-5-1 Communication plan.

Convention Goals

  1. Have a 70% convention/skeleton plan by September 15th
  2. Have a 90% convention plan by December 1st with leadership fund requests for speakers submitted
  3. Have a final convention plan by January 30th with registration launched
  4. Have >80% of the Chapters in your District send a delegate to convention
  5. Host District Convention!
