INSTRUCTIONS

1. The only pieces of jewelry that can be ordered through the National Headquarters are recognition pins and anniversary pins.
2. Jewelry is now ordered from Burr, Patterson, and Auld.
3. Please call them at their toll-free number to determine the exact cost of the order, including shipping.
4. Jewelry may be ordered by mail with a money order enclosed OR by telephone or Fax using a credit card.
5. Any questions concerning jewelry orders should be addressed directly with Burr, Patterson, and Auld.
